Upper Body SuperSets~ Sweaty Saturdays!

Happy Sweaty Saturday Friends! I don’t know about you but I feel the need to sweat after just looking at all that PUMPKIN stuff! Wow!

Like for real. There were some pretty stellar treats to be shared.

Thanks to everyone that linked up! I hope you all had fun with it. I can’t wait to get a chance to go through and try some out.

But until then… Today, I’m going to be Bitter Betty. Today is the Eve of the Detroit Free Press Marathon/Half-Marathon. I have been registered for the half since the moment registration opened.

Yet… If you ask me what I’ll be doing tomorrow as the gun goes off, I’ll have an answer that rhymes with smirking. …

To early on a Saturday for my riddle? Sorry…I’ll be working. Working!

I had it all set up for a co-worker to trade me a day and it all fell through. Hence, leaving me with blue scrubs and a stethoscope and not my running shoes.

So…In order to intimidate that co-worker with my muscles work out some frustrations I put together a nice Upper Body Superset Workout to get me sweatin!


Who’s running in the D tomorrow??? If you are you’ll have to come back and tell me all about it!

Praying for perfect running weather tomorrow and strength for all of you to make it over that bridge!
