What To Wear To A Summer Wedding(under $100).

Did you know that June is one of the most popular months to get married? The official start of Summer is on it's way and along with that comes the many wedding invitations. As a wedding guest, one of the biggest things on our mind is what to wear. Here are a few ideas and tips featuring dresses that are all under $100!

I find cocktail attire the easiest to shop for. Simply because it's nothing more than a short, fancy dress. Although it is the easiest, the last thing you want is another dress to stick in the back of your closet. While you're out shopping, remember to ask yourself if you could possibly wear this to another event and always keep in mind that the right accessories can make any simple dress a stunner.

For an outdoor wedding, try to find out what your surroundings are ahead of time so you can look good yet be practical. Five inch stilettos in grass is not going to work. Instead, opt for a wedge or chunky heel to keep you from sinking into the ground all night.
------------

Beach/destination weddings are usually a bit more on the casual side. Whether you're going long or short, finding a fabric that is breathable and flowy is best instead of a structured or body hugging dress. Put on your best pair of flat sandals and have fun with color.

Imagine you're about to walk the red carpet.. now what would you wear? Black Tie is where you get to look like a million bucks, wearing evening gowns that graze the floor and jewelry that sparkles in soft lighting. Of course you never want to upstage the bride but keep in mind that you do want to look glamourous. A simple elegant gown with statement jewelry is the way to go.
*If the invite says "black tie optional", go for an embellished cocktail dress that hits the knee.

Happy shopping!
