DIY Heart Shaped Tea Bags For Valentine’s Day!

I have a cup of tea pretty much every morning, so with Valentine’s Day approaching I decided to make my morning cup of tea a little more festive! I made these DIY heart shaped tea bags in just a few minutes, and filled them with my favorite cranberry orange herbal tea (which turns a gorgeous red/pink color when brewed). Perfect for Valentine’s Day!

The great thing about these tea bags is that they are so easy to make, and you can make them in any shape for any holiday or event! Maybe shamrock shaped tea bags filled with green tea for St. Patrick’s Day?!

DIY Heart Shaped Tea Bags

Here’s what you need to make your own heart shaped tea bags: (affiliate links below)

• fillable tea bags (coffee filters will also work!)
• pink or red thread
• sewing machine
• loose tea (this is the cranberry orange tea that I used)
• pink or red baker’s twine, string, or yarn
• pink or red felt
• scissors
• pencil
• teaspoon
