Filipino Themed Breakfast at DeParis Beach Resort, Boracay

Breakfast with a view, sandy toes, wind rendering my hair a mess, the calming sound of the waves hitting the white sand shore and sun-kissed skin. Thank God for vacation leaves! My 4-day beach trip felt felt a whirlwind affair, so pardon me if I'm going to be reliving it here.
Tapsilog (beef tapa, garlic rice, boiled egg). My friends and I spent our vacation a DeParis in Station 2, Boracay since it was accessible and honestly, we weren't able to make reservations prior to our arrival, heehee. Our accommodations included daily free breakfast, so forgive me if I don't know their price.
Their tapa packs a punch of flavor as it is well marinated, the rice can be more garlicky though. My friend opted for hard boiled egg, instead of the usual sunny side up version. My friend goes a step further by asking for vinegar as dipping sauce.

Bangsilog (marinated bangus fillet, garlic rice, sunny side of egg). I wasn't able to try their bangsilog, the only complaint my friend blurted is that it wasn't boneless but she enjoyed her breakfast nonetheless.

Longsilog (longganisa, garlic rice, sunny side up egg). Their longganisa was pretty decent and bursting with flavor, perfect pairing with rice talaga. Their breakfast meals also come with your choice between coffee, tea, hot choco or fruit juice. On some days I had fresh mango juice, while on some days I had a cup of hot chocolate and you can blame it on the bed weather.
DeParis also has other breakfast varieties which I also got to try, but was too lazy to take pictures of. Yeah, totally weird of me. I guess my mind was shutting down slowly and embracing my short-lived me time. I promise to make it up to you, next time! See you on my next pig out session.
