papertrey ink october release - warm & fuzzy + shape shifters: square 3 + corner adorner: october + sentiment staples: season's greetings
Welcome to day 2 of the Papertrey Ink October release countdown. I have several projects to share today with you. Two of my projects feature my new Warm & Fuzzy stamp set & dies. The other project features the new Corner Adorner collection, Shape Shifters: Square 3 dies, and Sentiment Staples: Season'e Greetings stamp set.
You can find all of the details about these new products HERE.
All of the new products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on October 15th, 10PM ET at Papertrey Ink.
With the cold weather coming, there’s nothing better than a warm & fuzzy pair of mittens or socks to keep you cozy. Stamp your own custom pairs with all of the possibilities in this set and send warm wishes to your friends and loved ones. The Warm Wishes stamp set will retail for $24 and the coordinating dies will be available for $5. The dies are sized exactly the same size as the stamps so you can die cut out the shapes and stamp the coordinating pattern overlays right onto them.
I put together a set of tags using my new Warm & Fuzzy collection along with the new Folded Pocket Tag Die. On the tags, I die cut out the window and then backed it with some acetate so you can get a peek of what's inside of the pocket, but nothing should fall out easily.
I die cut out a bunch of the socks and mittens and added the pattern overlays to them. I clustered them with a snowflake die cut and a sentiment from the Warm & Fuzzy set that I stamped on a notched banner on the front of the pocket tag. I added a few stamped snowflakes with Fresh Snow ink and then tied a bit of twine at the top to attach them to a gift later on.

Warm & fuzzy socks make think of cozy-ing up inside in the winter. And give me a cozy cabin up north in the woods any day! I die cut the socks for this card from Pure Poppy cardstock and then stamped the stripes in Fresh Snow and the toes, cuffs, and heels in Scarlet Jewel.
The background is stamped with the Text & Texture: Wood Slices stamp set with Fine Linen and Classic Kraft inks. I added the sentiment from the Warm & Fuzzy stamp set in black ink and added some snowflakes scattered down the one side of the card with Fresh Snow ink. I popped the socks un just a bit next to the stamped sentiment. I love the warm & cozy feel of this card!

This last card also has a bit of a rustic look and feel to it. I used the new Shape Shifters: Square 3 dies cut from Kraft cardstock and stamped the branches on the edge with the Background Basics: Birch stamp. The new Corner Adorner: October stamp and dies were perfect for dressing up two of the corners of the branch frame. The fern branches are stamped with Prairie Grass and Olive Twist inks and the bow is stamped with Pure Poppy and Scarlet Jewel inks.
I stamped the "season's greetings" sentiment from the new Sentiment Staples: Season's Greetings stamp set into the center of the frame and then added the frame to a Pure Poppy card base. I added of strip of cardstock that I had stamped with the Text & Texture: Wood Slices stamp set to the bottom of the card front.
