Hi loves, today's post is on something luxurious. I'm a huge fan of luxury beauty products and I have been loving Givenchy Prisme Blush Powder Blush Duo in shade 02 Love (6.5g). It comes in gorgeous ombre packaging. The top part looks like faux leather and I believe the outer packaging is limited edition. This blush is also available with regular black packaging. The most important is what's inside and there is all together available 8 shades.
Inside the compact is a duo blush 2 colors, mirror and an applicator, that I tossed. I wish they would not waste space for these little applicators. I like using my own brushes more.
The blush is formulated with black pearl powder, which is a remineralizer and boosts radiance. Also the pigments used in the blush have a low nickel content for long lasting color. First thing I noticed when I opened the compact was the blush color and the scent of it. It smells like light floral scent. I personally like it and it hasn't irritated my skin. It might irritate sensitive skin, because of the added parfum.
The shade of 02 Love is beautiful soft pink. It's the perfect pink shade for my pale skin tone. It gives me natural glow and flushed look, which I love.
It's easy to apply it on the cheeks. I just mixed both shades together and apply it to the cheeks. I can be heavy handed with it and it still looks natural and radiant. You can't go wrong with it and that's one of the reasons I like this blush so much. It's pigmented, but not overly and the glow it gives doesn't show in the pan or on swatches. Something magical happens when it's applies on the cheeks. I swatched both shades separately on the picture above and at the end you can see both shades mixed together. I have to say the swatches don't look that different. It's same pale pink, but one shade is slightly darker, then the other.
I'm very happy to have this beautiful blush in my collection. It's gorgeous and perfect to wear on spring and summer. It adds that fresh look to the complexion.
