SWATCH REVIEW: REVLON HAUTE TROPICS

Revlon recently launched their special limited time only collection – ‘Haute Tropics’ for summer 2013. The line is filled with summer brights, shimmer shades updated neutrals. The collection is in stores now and only available till the end of the month – we love a good rare nail polish hunt! We had a chance to try out all the shades – we’ve been rockin’ Belize Please on our toes since.

Secluded Beach - this pink taupe polish has a subtle silver shimmer through out. 2 coats pictured below. This is a great shade for those that have a hard time straying away from a classic nude colour.

Belize Please - hot pink with shimmer, this is the polish we keep reapplying for our pedicures. Such a nice pop of colour! 2 coats for the below pictures.

Lagoon Afternoon - our favourite of the collection, this bright teal blue-ish polish has everything we want – different than the regular shades great application.

Coast is Clear -we’ve been off the teal/mint train for awhile and this polish brought our love back! 2 coats of the pictures below. This shade has a subtle shimmer and an aquatic vibe.

Plunge Party - we can’t escape our love for darks, even in the sunny months. This navy polish packs so much shimmer. Only needing 2 coats for the pictures below.

Mai Tai Ask – this bright orange polish is a great summer staple, especially those who love corals like us. 2 coats pictured below.

Hello Bali - this purple polish acts like a jelly base. We used 2 coats for the pictures below.

Cabana Queen – a soft silver shimmer polish would love great against sun kissed skin. A little on the sheer side, we used 2 coats for the pictures below.
