Crustless ricotta cheesecake

I love a good cheesecake , and I'm always keen to try out new variations. This recipe is great because this cheesecake doesn't have any crust - which means less effort and a lot less kilojoules - and it is made from ricotta cheese, not cream cheese or cottage cheese.
