New Ways to Create Lovely Flowers!

Today I want to show you the new Lovely Flowers Edgelits Dies, one of the products available January 3 from the Occasions 2019 Catalog. These dies are part of the Forever Lovely Bundle and they give us many new ways to create lovely flowers on our cards and projects. Today’s card uses the Forever Lovely Bundle (stamps and dies), but the dies really take the spotlight here.

There are 14 dies in the set ~ this was my first time playing with them and I LOVE them! The combinations are almost endless. There are individual flower and leaf dies and groupings of flowers – each one is beautiful!

The lacy floral die used at the bottom of today’s card is so versatile. I’ve used it here as a border die, but you can also use it in the center of a piece of card stock. And look at this sunburst-looking flower! I’ve cut two of them out of Granny Apple Green card stock. Aren’t they adorable? The other flowers and leaves were also cut from dies in this set.

The colors used here are Granny Apple Green, Powder Pink, and Shaded Spruce. It’s such a pretty palette

The background of the card uses Shimmery White card stock watercolored with Granny Apple Green ink. And do you see the little clear Heart Epoxy Droplets? Love – Love – Love!!!
