Although I will admit that at first I was kind of put off about the empanada tray, I realized that it’s not at all sexist or stereotypical but actually an important part of Hispanic heritage. Who doesn’t talk about learning to make something with their ‘abuela’ or craving your Mom’s cooking? These things are deeply rooted in our heritage and it’s wonderful to show a little girl (aka Valentina) that enjoys cooking with her family.
The dolls are described as such:
Viviana: passionate about music, loves creating new styles and enjoys breaking out her guitar during family gatherings.
Valentina: loves learning to cook from her mother and grandmother and enjoys trying out new hairstyles and making herself look unique with ribbons and flowers
Felicia: an artist
Roxxi: a dancer
What I loved most about the dolls is that they’re related. Not just friends but sisters and cousins. That’s a very sweet touch.
I would love for you to receive one of these dolls and I’l doing a giveaway for the Valentina hairstylist doll (pictured below)
Mine is definitely holiday cooking. Waking up early, prepping the stuff and getting the smell of delicious food going. And from the amount of time Mia spends in the kitchen with me, I’m guessing that may be her favorite thing too.

Good luck for the giveaway and Vi Va Familia!! XOXO, Martha (and Mia)
