Crispy Baked Chicken Fingers

Can you get your baked chicken fingers to be crispy, juicy, and seasoned well? Two secret to making these Crispy Baked Ranch Chicken Fingers.


Crispy Baked Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
  • 4 - pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (large pack from Sam's about 7 large chicken breast in each pack)
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Bottle of Ranch Dressing
  • Enough buttermilk to fully cover the chicken which is about a quart.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oil to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cut each chicken breast into 3 lengthwise strips.
  3. Soak the chicken in a large bowl with the buttermilk and Ranch dressing.
  4. In a large container, combine the Panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Cajun seasoning
  5. Remove the chicken and dredge into the flour panko mixture.
  6. Place on a baking pan with a rack on it OR use a broiling pan.
  7. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven.
  9. Serve with the dipping sauces below.
