Buxton Blue Benjamin Moore
Hi guys! It’s Cyndy from The Creativity Exchange, back with this month’s paint color palette. Last month, I shared my favorite tricks for zoning in on just the right bathroom color and this month, I’m sharing some of the most popular and best selling paint colors on the market today.

I have talked about in the past about how I look at best selling paint colors to get a glimpse of paint trends and the direction consumers are heading in color. I look at this information frequently because I’m a paint geek and track color trends (I know, it’s a strange hobby) but for you guys (the consumer’s), this information is golden! It’s golden because if a color is a best seller, it’s because it works very well in a variety of lighting situations and that’s why it’s become a best seller. Paint colors will not make it to the top of the best seller list if they are not all that good on a wall.

My favorite source to see the best selling colors is on the Benjamin Moore website right here. Benjamin Moore updates their best sellers almost weekly (sad that I know this…). You can look through each color section and see all of the popular color choices.
Raccoon Fur Benjamin Moore
So for this month’s color palette, I pulled together a collection of the most popular best selling colors from within each color selection (i.e., browns, neutrals, whites, etc..). Here is the palette:
I have to tell you, I’m never really surprised as I looked through all of the best selling Benjamin Moore colors. These are colors that are also the most popular on Pinterest and Houzz . Again, while these colors may not be the exact right color for your walls, this is a great starting point because choosing a color that works in a variety of lighting situation is half the battle when choosing paint colors. It’s a safer route.

So the next time you’re looking for where to start when it comes to choosing a paint color, think about looking through these best sellers for inspiration.
For even more paint color palettes, you can find me at The Creativity Exchange. If you haven’t had the chance to check out my “Pick a Paint Color” board on Pinterest yet, you will find almost 500 rooms with names and brands of colors to tempt you.
Cheers!
