my most favorite recipe. right now.

ohhh i just can't stop eating this stuff. i've found the recipe online at Ekoplaza and i would love to link it, but hey, can't find the recipe anymore!

so i'll try my best to note down how i make it. you'll love it. i make enough for 2 times, so i freeze one portion in. ohhh i'm such a housewife :P

you'll need:
coconut oil, 2 teaspoons
brussels sprouts, uhm about 500 grams
bacon (i love to use biological), 1 package of 100 grams
walnuts, 2 hands (i secretly add more, it was about 2 spoons. teeheee, can't trust me!)
honey, 2 spoons
rice, 100 grams dry
garlic, 3 pieces (how do you call them?!), but 2 is maybe enough too!

okay, how i make it:
boil the brussels sprouts for max. 10 minutes. melt the coconut oil, add the garlic. add the bacon (which you have cut into small bits). when the bacon starts to get a little crispy, add the brussels sprouts. remember: don't get the fire to high! i'm a louzy cook. usually i even manage to get my bacon burned.... so stay at the stove girl!

after letting it 'bake' for a minute of 5, add the walnuts and the honey. be carefull: you don't want to burn your honey! i usually add my honey and then let it warm for about 2 or max 3 minutes. it's totally done than!

oh, don't forget to boil your rice as you are used to. i love brown rice with this. i can eat 2 days from this. i keep half in the freezer for another day. when you bake it after it has been frozen, it seriously is still good!!

get it? i know. it's chaotic. hey i told you i'm no housewife! let me know what you think. yum yum.

life is good. are you ready for 2015?!
