Global Feasts: Belgium is here!

I am so excited to continue the Global Feasts series this month. Man….. Belgium……. what a feast this was! SO MUCH BEER!

We had a few friends over and ate and drank like kings. Mussels, potatoes, endive, apples, chocolate, beer, more beer, BEER! One of our more entertaining guests, an adorable blonde 2 year old, ate more mussels than any one. He totally loved them! Ha!

Here is what was on the menu:

Moulles Frites, with

Beer marinated fries with thyme mayonnaise

Belgian endive and apple salad

Belgian chocolate mousse with raspberry lambic sauce

Belgian beer tasting
