It doesnt get any easier...


Well- Not that I'm expecting it to get easier, but I do find it a lot harder to:

A) SHIFT WEIGHT

B) RESIST THE TEMPTATION OF A NIGHT WITH THE GIRLS= ALCOHOL

&

C) GO TO THE BLOODY GYM!!!

And perhaps in that order... My weight is pretty dam still at the minute- so Im looking very closely at what i eat- pointing EVERYTHING.. Which I always did.. (things like Jam on the rare occasion I eat it or a crisp, or a chip off my Bf's plate- I never pointed) But now I have a points free for all- I will throw between 0.5-2 points at these things...

Am I mad... ?


Why is the weight not moving... :(

Currently sitting at 16st 4lbs.. started 22st 2 1/2lbs

Dying to get into the 15stones bracket...!!

Stopped going to the meetings this week- have decided to spend 20p each week and go to a chemist and get my weight printed out- I felt after a year in meetings that we were starting to go over the same things.. At the end of the day- nothing she says changes what I eat or drink or do on a Saturday night- I need to find my own inner want & strength to get thin... That's not to say I wont go back in a few weeks.. But gonna see how this goes for a while....
