Well- Not that I'm expecting it to get easier, but I do find it a lot harder to:
A) SHIFT WEIGHT
B) RESIST THE TEMPTATION OF A NIGHT WITH THE GIRLS= ALCOHOL
&
C) GO TO THE BLOODY GYM!!!
And perhaps in that order... My weight is pretty dam still at the minute- so Im looking very closely at what i eat- pointing EVERYTHING.. Which I always did.. (things like Jam on the rare occasion I eat it or a crisp, or a chip off my Bf's plate- I never pointed) But now I have a points free for all- I will throw between 0.5-2 points at these things...
Am I mad... ?
