Christmas in London.

Happy Christmas Eve all! What better way to celebrate than to share some truly festive snaps of London at the most wonderful time of the year. Due to having family at opposite sides of the country, me and my boyfriend had a somewhat premature Christmas at the weekend. This involved a rather great present exchange, an incredible meal in Soho and a walk through every Christmassy part of town imaginable.

We forecast that we'd be all a bit turkeyed out if we had a full on Christmas dinner, so decided to have something alternative in the form of Tapas at Soho favourite, Copita. Copita serves up some of the best authentic Spanish food I've ever tasted in the cutest rustic bar setting. Highlight dishes included the scallops, sobrassada served in a divine lentil stew and the ajo blanco (which fyi, made Time Out's top 100 dishes in London and with good reason), all washed down with a glass of the lightest white vino.

We spent the rest of the day oodling the endless window displays of festive dreaminess on New Bond Street, sampling the best food at Fortnum and Mason, eating Bratwurst on the Southbank and walking around a twinkling Kew Gardens in the dark.

Hope you all have a brilliant day tomorrow, Merry Christmas!
