Leading a Colorful Life

It is pretty much my motto to lead a colorful life! I tend to love color in all facets of my life, my clothing, my children’s clothing, my home, everywhere! When I first saw this mint peekaboo skirt on Madison & Sixth’s Instagram, I just knew I had to have it! I love mint, I love skirts and that little peekaboo detail is just too cute. There’s a few stores locally in Utah at some of the malls I frequent and I have to say, I don’t in person shop all that much anymore, but it’s fun to do so once in awhile and get away from the online shopping impulse buy.

I paired this skirt with a hot pink grid print blouse also from Madison & Sixth and a yellow blazer from Love June Boutique. I added a floral print clutch as I thought it needed a bit more pattern and wore a neutral necklace and one of my fave neutral heels. And I must say that the Utah State Capitol ain’t too shabby of a backdrop for this outfit.
