KITCHEN ENVY...

I sincerely apologize if you are an avid pinner and/or blog reader and have seen this kitchen a dozen times already. I pinned that picture you see above there a few weeks ago and I think I've looked at it five or so times since then. That signaled me to just post it here. This gorgeous gray galley kitchen in a Brooklyn brownstone makes me totally forget about the world of white kitchens (which I do love) that I have seen so much of over the last few years. Gray can be a bit dull sometimes, but this kitchen is obviously far from dull. The space is framed by those steel windows and complimented by the herringbone tile and gold fixtures. The modern clean lines are softened a little by the glass cabinets, open wood shelving, the mix of wood and marble countertops, and all of the wonderful natural light. And that pantry and laundry room?? I'd be happy to do laundry on a daily basis... I just think that all of the elements here are so perfect together - and I thought it wouldn't hurt for it to be found just one more place on the worldwide internet... :)
