MONSTERS IN DE MODE

Wednesday I went to the exhibition called monsters in de mode. The spooky and humorous avatars, video game characters and heroes from comic books are becoming more common in the current fashion. The exhibition shows more than 70 designs from 40 upcoming designers. Example Rick Owens, Issey Miyake, Bernhard Willhelm, Walter van Beirendonck, Viktor & Rolf, Bas Kosters, Bart Hess, Charlie Le Mindu, Maison Martin Margiela en Craig Green. I saw many vibrant colors and abstract elements. really inspiring because they used a huge fantasy. Amazing materials and unreal forms this exhibition is all about character designs.
