chic grunge

I fell in love with this long skirt since the first moment I saw it! I love long skirts no matter if it’s winter or summer, you know that, but it’s kinda difficult to find special ones. Most of the long skirts are more or less the same, super basic and it only changes the fabric from one to another but the shape is always the same… However, this is so different firstly because of the print, which it’s kinda grunge? and I love the details of the buttons on the front. Oh and by the way, if you are not a long skirt lover, you can find this skirt available in the short version HERE :) The idea I had in mind was to create a super basic and informal look with a cotton tee and a faux leather biker in black, but the thing is that I have all my stuff in between baggages and boxes… Let’s say that I dress depending on what I find first in the boxes! I know it sounds like super duper crazy and actually it is, but after these last months in Buenos Aires, it seems so easy for me to improvise any outfit :)

As you see, we are slowly back on track, at least with the blog! Indeed, I have so much work “pending” from these last months… I don’t know you but in my case I feel that these last 6 months passed by so fast! The wedding was in October, then I had a lot of events and trips during November while Salva was that whole month in Madrid, then we had to clean the apartment on December and get everything done before our departure to Argentina! We lived there for almost three months and then we are back in Spain at the end of March organizing our life here… and summer feels just around the corner! Oh my… Where the time went?

Me enamoré de esta falda desde el primer momento que la vi hace casi un mes! Adoro las faldas largas, no importa si es verano o invierno, y tengo que decir que cuesta encontrar faldas de este tipo distintas. La mayoría de las veces son faldas básicas o en tejido especiales, pero casi todas tienen el mismo patrón o forma… A ésta sin embargo, le veo un toque muy grunge por el estampado a cuadros y me gusta que toda la parte frontal se pueda abrir con botones. Que por cierto, si no sois fans de las faldas largas, también está disponible en versión corta AQUÍ :) La idea que tenía en mente era crear un look muy informal, con camiseta de algodón y biker de polipiel pero… Digamos que me visto siguiendo un poco la ruleta de la fortuna, jeje! En serio, el caos que tengo de ropa no es ni normal y tenemos tan invadida la casa de mis padres, que ni siquiera he podido sacar una pequeña parte de la ropa de las cajas o de las maletas, así que me visto según lo que encuentro a mano. Bien es verdad que después de Buenos Aires, me resulta tremendamente fácil improvisar el look sobre la marcha, incluso cuando ya tenía una idea preconcebida :)

Poco a poco estamos cogiendo el ritmo de nuevo, por lo menos con respecto al blog! Además, tengo mucho trabajo acumulado de estos últimos meses, que aunque no lo creáis… Tengo emails pendientes de cuando navidad! No se en vuestro caso, pero yo tengo la sensación de que los últimos 6 meses han volado literalmente. Entre la boda que fue en octubre, noviembre lo tuve a tope de viajes al tiempo que Salva se tuvo que trasladar a Madrid ese mes, recoger el piso de Málaga en diciembre y trasladarnos a Buenos Aires, vivir allí casi 3 meses y vuelta a España a finales de marzo… Y veo que el verano está a la vuelta de la esquina! ¿Hola? ¿Dónde se quedó el tiempo?
