Undoubtedly, this kind of cotton skirts are a must-have on the closet. They work no matter the season or the time of the year! I have many skirts similar to this one and the thing is that I never get tired of them because they have saved my life so many times… They are so comfy, easy when it comes to style them and build an outfit. When I opt for this kind of skirts, I always go for sporty looks because they call for it. However, just because they are sporty, it’s easier to create laid-back outfits. That’s why I combined the cotton wrap skirt with a structured white shirt and, at the same time, I tried to create a formal look. I love the result! And looking at the pictures today, I realized that a white Supergas would work just as well but some times, I forgot that I have more shoes than high heels ;) And yes, since I have this beautiful and orange Gucci bag, I’m wearing it like non-stop because it goes with everything ♥

And the other hand, I have very good news… Finally I can say that we have an apartment, yay! :) We were so lucky at the end and we found the perfect apartment with all the amenities we wanted, in the neighborhood that we liked it and within our budget so… I can’t ask for more! We are moving today in the afternoon and I’m looking forward to settle down, get organized and, of course, have the feel that we are actually in summer! Because I don’t feel that way… I mean, I don’t feel so rare that I’m wearing shorts today while I was wearing sweaters just 2 weeks ago, but our days here are so different from our days during summer. In Málaga, we go to the beach almost every day, we take a lot of trips and we have very relaxed days, just the opposite of our first days here! Lucky us that we have swimming pool in the rooftop of our building and I guess that will help me to turn to summer mode ON :P Lots of love!

Sin duda alguna, al menos en mi caso, estas faldas de algodón son un básico en el armario. ¡Nos sirven en cualquier época del año! Yo tengo muchas de este estilo y es que no me canso de ellas, y me han salvado tantas veces la vida… Resulta cómodas, fáciles a la hora de combinar y elegir outfit. Cuando recurro a este tipo de faldas, casi siempre opto por opciones más sport porque se prestan mucho a ese estilo. Sin embargo, precisamente porque tienen ese punto “sporty” resulta fácil crear looks donde la clave es el contraste de estilo. Por eso, no se me ocurrió mejor prenda para combinar una falda de algodón que una camisa blanca estructurada y no sólo éso, si no que busqué cómo incorporar este tipo de prenda a looks formales. ¡Me encanta el resultado! Y además, viendo ahora las fotos, pienso que hubiese lucido igual de bien con mis Superga blancas, pero a veces me cuesta olvidar los tacones cuando estoy buscando mi look ;) Y sí, el bolso que me regaló Salva se ha convertido en mi comodín desde que lo tengo. Adoro el toque de color que agrega a cualquier look ♥

Y además, tengo buenas noticias que contaros… Por fin tenemos piso :) Al final hemos tenido mucha suerte, hemos dado con uno en la zona donde quería, tiene todo lo que necesitábamos y además dentro de nuestro presupuesto… ¿Qué más puedo pedir? Qué ganas de instalarme, organizarme y empezar a disfrutar el veranito :) Siendo sincera, aunque no me choca nada el hecho de andar hoy en shorts cuando hace un dos semanas llevaba un jersey, no tengo nada la sensación de que es verano!!! También es verdad que mi vida aquí no tiene nada que ver con lo que es mi vida en verano en Málaga, que vamos casi cada día a la playa, hacemos muchos viajes y llevamos un ritmo muy “chill out”. Sin embargo, estos días aquí fueron lo contrario! Suerte que nuestro piso tiene piscina (o pileta como le dicen aquí) en la azotea, así que eso me ayudará a entrar en modo verano ON :P Muchos besitos!
