my perfect summer! (Seams for a desire)

Most of you know me for some time now and so you already now that I am a summer lover! It’s the season that I enjoy the most because of the nice weather, the long days at the beach, the tanned skin which makes us look beyond gorgeous, the bbq with friends with no end… I think that there’s an environment full of positivity and people look (at least) happier, right? I love to go out and see the streets full of people taking a walk, eating ice-cream, meet again old friends… For me, summer it’s a state of mind and it means pure happiness and relax, enjoy the time with family and friends… Living the life to the fullest!

Undoubtedly, my best summer plan is to prepare something fresh and light for lunch, pack the bags and fill the cooler with tons of Lipton Ice Tea and off we go together with my doggie to enjoy a day at the beach :) I love ice tea especially during summer because there’s probably nothing cooler and tasting than that and it feels soo good! I don’t know if you ever tried to “customize” your ice tea but if you add some pieces of fruits.. Mmm.. So yummy! I recommend you to try this: take a jar and add a lot of ice, some lemon slices, mint leaves and Lipton Lemon Ice tea… Let me know how good that tastes ;)

La mayoría nos conocemos desde hace bastantes años y sabéis que ADORO el verano por encima de todo! Es una época que disfruto muchísimo por el buen tiempo, las jornadas de playas y ese sutil color tostado en la piel, las barbacoas con amigos que sabes cuándo empiezan pero no cuando acaban… Y es que, en general, se respira un mejor ambiente durante el verano, ¿verdad? Me gusta salir a la calle y ver más gente de paseo, ir a tomar un helado, reencontrarte con conocidos… El verano es para mi sinónimo de felicidad y relax, de pasar tiempo con los amigos y la familia, de disfrutar de la vida y nada más!

Sin duda, mi mejor plan de #veranoLipton es preparar algo sano y fresquito de comida, llenar la nevera de latas de Litpon Ice Tea (mi preferido es el de limón y el de melocotón el de Salva!) e irnos a la playa con mi ratita, que casi disfruta el plan más que nosotros :) Me encanta el té frío en verano porque refresca muchísimo y con estas olas de calor… ¡Sienta de lujo! Ademas, no sé si alguna vez os animáis a “aderezar” los tés fríos, pero dan mucho juego y quedan ríquisimos si añadimos trozitos de frutas, por ejemplo. Yo os recomiendo probar Lipton Ice Tea sabor limón con stevia (el de té verde con limón también está muy rico!) con muucho hielo, rodajas de limón y unas hojas de hierbabuena… Ya me contaréis ;)
