Sewing plan for February... and the rest of the year.

I came up with 5 sewing goals for 2014 when writing my Top 5 series but I've since narrowed it down to 4 non-negotiable goals. Must do. Must achieve. Must conquer in 2014.
I wrote my goals on my Twitter profile as a reminder:

One month in to the year, I'm on track with one finished project, my beloved floral Anna dress, yay.
With my best friend's civil ceremony happening at the end of February and her reception in March, I will be sewing up a storm over the next few weeks. I looked over my calendar and worked out I have 3 weeks to make the Anna for her ceremony and 5 weeks to make the Georgia for her reception. Considering I made my floral Anna up in 8 hours, 3 weeks is plenty, so I've decided to make another Anna to wear to mum's birthday dinner next weekend.
The Anna for mum's birthday will be in a black and white spotty rayon, maxi with above-the-knee split, gotta keep it family friendly!! (Needs to be finished by 7th February.)
The Anna for the civil ceremony will be in a beautiful, colourful, floral rayon, maxi with thigh high spilt. (Needs to be finished by 22nd February.)
The Georgia for my friend's wedding reception will be in a black/floral cotton sateen, with black side skirt panels, I'm inspired by Sally Bee's Georgia. (Needs to be finished by 7th March.)
I can't wait to trace out Georgia and start my muslin!! I have prepared myself for the possibility that Georgia will need even more adjustments than Anna since she is a fitted dress. I know the end result will be worth it, so there will be less tears and whining this time round.
I'm planning to enrol in a pattern drafting course sometime in the second half of the year. My friend at gym completed the pattern making course at Astratex (Richmond, Victoria, Australia). They teach the SITAM method of pattern making. I do not have any experience in pattern making so this is very exciting for me. Are there any other pattern making courses in Melbourne I should check out?
Once we step into the colder months (April, May), I'll look into sewing with knits. I want to make knit dresses that I can wear with cute patterned stockings. I want to make knit dresses that don't require zip closure (grrrr invisible zippers).
The 'less florals, more prints' goal is probably the hardest because I LOVE floral and I have a huge stash of floral cotton sateen. Might have to do a giveaway at some point.
My non-sewing goals are quite simple: gym minimum 3 times a week, nourish my body with good food, spend quality time with my family and loved ones, and keep up with book club (currently reading Stephen King's Different Seasons, next up is Christos Tsiolkas' Barracuda.)
I'd love to hear what your non-sewing goals are for 2014 and what you plan to sew in February?
