make mine mismatched.

a love is blind.

i don’t really care for anything very ‘cookie cutter’. i like decor that is unexpected — a mix of well-loved, cherished, hand-me-down, found pieces that have sentimental value. furniture that you get a little thrill from every time you recall that flea market score, or a flashback for the city you found it. especially dining chairs — it’s almost like you’ve an eclectic mix of dinner guests coming, each one a really unique chair paired with a beautiful dining room table. i went hunting on chairish (appropriately enough!) to find some great, previously loved chairs to show you what i mean. here’s some of my personal favorites.

mismatched favorites: 1. Antique Berc Antoine Paris Cafe Chairs; 2. set of 4 Thonet Mid-Century Bentwood Chairs; 3. set of 4 Black Original Eames Wire Chairs; 4. set of 4 Coral Ombre Pink Bentwood Cafe Chairs; 5. pair of Thonet Style Ebonized Bentwood Chairs; 6. Vintage Black and Tan Caned Chairs.

stil inspiration.
