21 Days Of Yoga
They say it takes 21 days to create a habit. Yet still, 21 days can seem intimidating, especially when you are starting a yoga practice. The number one thing I hear from new students who are interesting in taking my Holy Yoga classes is this: I'm no good at yoga. I completely get the fears of trying something brave and new. But here is the thing: none of us are "good" at yoga. Yoga is a practice. In yoga we never arrive. We show up on our mats, we worship Jesus by moving our bodies, and resting and meditating on His presence. We shake. We stumble. But we continue to show up. And from the inside out, He starts to transform us.
That is what I am asking of your for the next 21 days. Just show up. Commit to just 10 minutes a day.
For the next 21 days, I will be posting how to start a habitual yoga practice: video and audio practices for your home practice, inspiration, meditation, and more.
All of this starts tomorrow! Who's in? Be brave, friends!
