East Coast Prep

I wore this to work a few Fridays ago, and I liked it so much that I decided to blog it. That's right, Instagram outfit, you have been elevated to blog status. Your perks are better light, more detail visibility, and an all-expenses paid trip to the beach! Just kidding about that last one. I'd take an all-expenses paid trip to just about anywhere right now though.

This outfit looks particularly ready for the Hamptons, or another prep-tastic destination, which is why I thought it would be perfect to link up to this week's Creative Closet, whose theme is "East Coast Prep." I've spent very little time on the East Coast (I went to New Jersey once?), but I have watched a lot of Barefoot Contessa. So that totally counts, right? (East coasters, go ahead and laugh it up at this mid-western girl.)
