Your Spring Style: Spring Transitions

April is my favorite month of the year. Not only is April my birthday month, but it's also the month that spring really kicks into gear. I love dressing for spring weather; usually it's cool enough to do light layers but not so cold that the coat-hat-gloves routine is necessary. As you can see from my spring capsule, not a lot of my winter wardrobe carried over into spring. (Peace out, thick sweaters! Enjoy your time in storage!)

However, there were a few things that I couldn't bear to sentence to basement-storage purgatory. My classics, for example, like jeans, a chambray shirt, and a jean jacket made the cut. As did this leopard blouse, because although it is long-sleeved, it's very light and won't add any bulk. I made it feel like spring by adding my favorite turquoise pencil skirt and gold wedge sandals.

Leopard blouse: Loft | turquoise pencil skirt: The Limited | necklace: Bauble Bar | gold wedges: Target
!function(doc,s,id){ var e, p; if(!doc.getElementById(id)) { e = doc.createElement(s); e.id = id; p = '//shopsensewidget.shopstyle.com/widget-script.js'; var cb = new Date().getTime(); p = '?cb=' cb; e.src = p; doc.body.appendChild(e); } if(typeof window.ss_shopsense === 'object'){ if(doc.readyState === 'complete'){ window.ss_shopsense.init(); } } }(document, 'script', 'shopsensewidget-script');

How are you transitioning your clothes for spring? We'd love for you to link up a spring look below!
