Mini Lavender, Champagne, and Hazelnut Cakes

You know I have a thing for unusual combination of flavors, right?! I would’ve never thought of mixing lavender and champagne with hazelnut, but a hint of floral mixed with a nutty flavor sounds pretty darn enticing… and who could resist the word champagne?
