25 Days of Christmas Tunes: Snoopy's Christmas by The Royal Guardsmen

In the 1960's there were two guys who formed a band called The Royal Guardsmen in Florida. They recorded a couple songs at the Charles Fuller Productions studio in Tampa, Florida. All the songs had one thing in common, Snoopy. Yes, the black and white dog owned by Charlie Brown. Their big hit was called Snoopy vs. the Red Baron. If you ever watched a Peanuts cartoon, then you probably get the reference. One of the follow up songs was Snoopy's Christmas, which is a Christmas song about Snoopy and the Red Baron. I literally have no clue how/why Snoopy inspired such a weird song, but I loved it as a kid.
