I've recently fallen into some severe beauty routine doldrums. After getting a nice set of eyelash extensions, I've managed to whittle down my already sparse morning routine to slapping on some blush and bronzer, and heading out to work. After a good few months of this Spartan approach to cosmetics, I suddenly had a revelation that a quick and easy swipe of lipstick could go a long way to enliven my all-too-natural look. Plus, I calculated that it wouldn't add more than thirty seconds to my one-minute-long early morning makeup application.
