A life well lived

My work schedule is the opposite of most, which works out well since tourist season is kicking in and traffic is starting to make the idea of sitting at home a lot more appealing. Lately on my days off I’ve been spending a lot of time here…

Mike I took Bam to run around free like a hippie. Every time we get close to the beach where he can smell it, dude goes crazy. Whining, barking, pacing around the back seat in anticipation. He can’t even stand himself.

I’ve been kinda impatiently waiting for the wildflowers to bloom in Pacific Grove. It seems like they waited a little longer than last year, but man are they worth the wait!! I’m plotting my next run right down this trail.

Easy beach slogging with Mr.Knucklehead. I finally figured out how to get an action shot without it looking like a melted hershey bar.

Set your phone/camera/etc next to a rock, bench, or whatever is close by (the pic below was set against some seaweed) and take a video. Then pause it, take a screenshot and viola action shot.

Between the beach days, I’ve spent some time in the pool. It was kinda sad to see it takes me 26 minutes to pool run 1 mile. But man, I’m happy to be able to move these days!

Oh I finished Gilmore Girls. So sad it’s over but I started watching Parenthood. Oh my gosh, only 4 episodes in and I’m loving it. This new addiction is 100% Mike & Em’s fault.

Yep, a life well lived.

Share some highlights of your life well lived lately!!

What are you currently watching? Any Parenthood fans out there?

Who’s running Boston? If not, is it on your bucket list?
