Downtime.
I’m not a downtime person.
Sure, I love to lay in bed on a Sunday, eat pizza, & watch a marathon of Grey’s Anatomy every once in a while, but my typical day to day is go.go.go.

I’ve been forced in to it really & if we’re being totally honest, I was crippled with anxiety at first ( pins & needles anxiety… ). I didn’t know what to do really.
Now it’s a week later & I feel…rested. My body needed downtime & I actually feel re-inspired.
Sometimes when it’s constant go, there’s not a second to really sit down & allow the creativity that made me start blogging in the first place to flow, you know?
I’ve read three books, 100 magazines ( aka I could write a book report on Charlize & Sean Penn’s break-up & Kimye’s pregnancy ), taken a bunch of walks, perfected my juicing skills, cleaned out my office, & rested with my chihuahuas ( who are so weirded out by me lying down during the day ).
How do you guys feel about downtime? What do you do in your downtime? Thoughts?
