Hello! I am thrilled to be guest posting here today and sharing a quick and inexpensive teacher appreciation gift idea. Before we get started, I wanted to introduce myself just a little bit. My name is Jonie and I blog over at Just Between Friends. I love sharing DIY projects (especially ones that can be done with kids), recipes, printables, hair styles and bows for little girls, and more! I would love to have you stop by sometime!
We have it pretty easy over at my house. I only have two kids currently in school which means only two teachers to provide gifts for. I wanted to give them something that would be useful to them, but that would also maybe be meaningful. I love creating printables, and thought I would take a quote that I love and turn it into a gift.
There are two options for this printable. First, you can print it out and leave it black and white. It is a classic look and it works great! The printable is sized to be 5X7, but you can print it smaller if you just want it to be a tag or a card.
If you want to try and step the printable up a notch and make it something that someone would want to frame, you can try gold foiling it! All you need to be able to do the foiling is a Minc machine and gold foil. I love having mine and find all kinds of ways to use it! All you have to do is make sure to print the printable out using a toner printer or a laser jet printer (something that will print in all black) and then run it through the Minc. I like printing on cardstock. Make sure your print it cut to the size you would like, and then put it in a frame and gift it along with a gift card or a favorite treat. That’s it!
