Transitional Dressing with Sears

In my third and final post with Sears (compensation provided!), I’m talking about winter-to-spring dressing! Though it may seem crazy to talk about warmer weather just yet, it definitely makes sense that any purchases these next few months still work into spring. Luckily, I found a number of great pieces from Sears that do just this!

First, fun and cozy sweaters that you can layer will always be a wise decision. I’m personally loving this long cardigan now and wear it under jackets to go out, or by itself to stay warm at home. Plus, it will work great as a kind of jacket when the weather starts to improve! This is another great sweater, which has built-in layering already taken care of for you! And this sweater would work well over a collared shirt for now, but is light enough to stick around for warmer weather.

Dresses are another great item to grab when you’re thinking transitional dressing because you can wear them with jackets, blazers or cardigans and tights now, and then trash the tights when it warms up! This is a new favorite of mine (love the colorblocked navy and black). I’m wearing this one quite a bit these days too, which would be super cute with bright accessories around the spring! Also, of course, there’s this dress that I wore in my first post with Sears. And don’t forget a coat! I love this great colorblocked peacoat, which is perfectly on trend, plus it’s short and light enough to work into spring. Finally, grab a few fun tops that you can layer for now and show off in the spring: this one and this one are my personal picks. I wear them with black dress pants and cardigans and work, but will still get plenty of use out of them this spring. Win, win!
