Two Robberies in Federal Hill, Attempted Robbery of Delivery Driver in Sharp-Leadenhall

Baltimore Police Department Southern District Captain Brian Hance provided the following crime updates:

In Federal Hill:

Over the weekend there were two robberies, 1400 William St. (4/10/15) at 11:14 pm and 1300 William St. (4/11/15) at 9:30pm. The suspect(s) are armed with a handgun and approaching their victims from behind on foot. The description is a black male approximately 25 yoa, 6’2”, athletic build, short hair, wearing a black sweat pants, and tennis shoes. The second description for the second incident is a black male 20-25 yoa, 5’7” 120 lbs, black hoody with sliver stripes and dark pants with a face mask. The suspect fled north on 1300 Williams St. It is believed that the suspect is possibly the same person in both incidents.

In Sharp-Leadenhall:

On April 11, 2015 at approximately 9:14 pm, four juveniles attempted to rob a pizza delivery driver in the 200 block of W. Henrietta St. The group of juveniles threw a rock at the delivery driver’s vehicle. Once the delivery driver exited his vehicle, the juveniles ran up to the driver and began pulling on his clothes demanding money. The delivery driver pulled away from the juveniles and drove away, and called the police. There was not any property taken from the driver. The Southern District patrol officers responded, and located the all juveniles a short distance away. All the juveniles were taken into custody and charged.
