Yes I’m ashamed. I only managed to create one pinmakeeat recipe or the month, again. I’m hoping now that we have a break with international students I’ll be more inclined to experiment in the kitchen. But I am glad I found this one when I did! It was one of those “dinner isn’t planned…what do I have in the fridge?” scenarios. This recipe happened to fit all my needs/haves so I was all BAM let’s do this! And guys, it was good. Darn tootin’ good. But then again, I have an unhealthy love for brussels sprouts. What have you made from pinterest lately?
