New Gyaru Make Up

This gyaru make up is featured in Animonstar August 2013 edition, but my Philippines Kawaii Leader friend, Kaila, will be having Kawaii Workshop this September
So I decided to give this make up tutorial for her workshop!
Her team re-designed the layout and it becomes soooo sooooo cuteeeee
