My style inspirations alternate between being very sophisticated and very twee. I'm always either looking towards vintage icons like Audrey Hepburn and Brigitte Bardot (I brought in a photo for Françoise Hardy for my last haircut) and fictional icons like Wednesday Addams, Alice in Wonderland, and, for this outfit, Kiki the witch from Kiki's Delivery Service. I'm never especially inspired by celebrity style or most fashion magazine spreads — I prefer getting my inspiration from things that have more of a charming, whimsical air to them. Why stick with the average when you can have the fantastical?
