I am Aïchatou Bella. Welcome to Stilettos & Standards I am a 20- something year old Africana trying to find the balance between brilliance and insanity in the concrete jungle. I created this lifestyle blog to express my creativity and personality, while forming a safe haven. It's all about a place of comfort, relaxation, a spark of interest and a good laugh. As an undergraduate student and a full-time employee in the fashion world, I am eager to find my niche and what makes me stand out. I write about EVERYTHING. Fashion, food, health ( I'm not going to lie, I may need your help with that), inspiration and traveling. It's all about evolving and progressing no matter what the pace. As a free-lance writer, I hope this place gives us both serenity and confidence to do things beyond the "limit." I would like us to grow and feed our hunger for success. That's ultimately my goal.
