Valentine Cards For My Boys

Hi there and welcome to Studio 5380. I hope you're having a good day and finding some time to get inky! My afternoon was spent finishing up Valentine cards for a couple of real cuties...my grandsons, Blake and Brayden....

I used my favorite (at this moment) color combo again ♥
I also used lots of fun stamping goodies for these cute cards:
* Patterned Paper - lovebugs paper stack by Doodlebug * Mats - Lawn Fawn, Stitched Circle Dies * Adorable images and sentiments - Quite The Pear stamp set by Simon Says Stamp

I did a bit of wonky machine stitching around the edges of each card and colored the images with my Copic Markers.

A bit of twine, a few enamel dots and hearts finished up the outside of my cards.

And, of course, I had to pretty up the inside! I used a Banner Die from LaLa Land that I've had forever and finally pulled out of the drawer. Those hearts are just perfect for Valentine projects - don't think this one will go back into the drawer until this holiday is over!
