Well friends, as it turns out August is kicking my ass. Spare time is precious and I can’t bring myself to dedicate it to outfit photos or even more time on the computer. Instead I squeeze in extra time with my boyfriend…or sleep. Last week was a blur, and I spent most of it in outfits like this one. (Let’s just say you didn’t miss much). But when the weekend rolled around, I promised myself I’d give the boyfriend jeans a rest. Of course, after an extra busy week, I felt lazy and just wanted to wear jeans and a tee. I allowed myself the tee but rather than jeans, I paired it with a long silk skirt. This skirt is surprisingly easy, and since it works just as well with polished looks as it does a t-shirt or sweatshirt, I find myself wearing it to work as often as I do on the weekend. To finish it off, I added my favorite ankle booties and colorful accessories.
