Already Signs of Spring

I hope you're having an amazing weekend! The last 2 days have been filled with a ton of work for both Ollie and I, so it truly hasn't felt much like a break at all. But we did take the time to enjoy our Valentine's evening with a stop at our favorite pizza joint and then a movie before heading home to have a glass of wine. Not far off from a normal night for us, but it couldn't have been more perfect. Today we shot a couple of looks and I've been playing around with my new laptop (a super generous gift from HP) while Ollie has been hard at work.

Since it was such a gorgeous day, I convinced Ollie to sneak outside for a little break and get some fresh air. The sun was shining and there wasn't a could in the sky. It was so warm that one of the trees down at Kits beach was in full bloom with the prettiest blossoms. I was saying that I remember taking photos of this tree a couple of years ago at the end of March when it was in full bloom. It just goes to show how early it has come about this year. We are a full month and a half off from a couple of years ago. It's a bit unsettling when you think about it, but I can't help appreciating the mild weather. Maybe this means a long summer? Fingers crossed!
