HERE'S SOME HOLIDAY SPIRIT!

these holidays are my favorite holidays of all!
this is mainly because they can encompass the concepts of love, sharing, and all the good things our human brains can come up with. after a year strewn with events that have challenged humanity, you can't possibly disagree that it would be lovely for all of us to get together in "a conspiracy of love" {1}, and make the lives of, at least those around us sweeter, warmer and lovelier for this while.
here is what i think is some absolutely wonderful and fantastic holiday spirit inspiration for all of us, from a cute little boy president, in a tie :)

{kid president} all the cookies, sweets and delicious foods are wonderful. so are the gifts and goodies. but this year i feel more compelled than ever to spend more time with the people i have missed because of all the work and studying that was in the program (and that is impending). this is a feeling i simply felt the need to share with you, wherever you are, whoever you are who is reading my blog these days.

also, since we are in a giving, loving spirit, i found these lovely, encouraging prints made by jenny (so talented!) that you might want to keep or give, or both!

{find her work here} in addition, i'd like to thank you all for sticking around, visiting and re-visiting, motivating me to keep writing even though it has become quite the task! you guys are fantastic. in the new year, i hope to a. have finished the blog design so that it is more user-friendly, and b. we manage together, to create a stronger community with comments and fun discussions and idea-sharing!
