This is one of the popular accompaniment for Hyderabadi Biriyani. Stuffing of chillies are optional. Generally, it is served as sauted long green chillies cooked in a peanut based curry. Stuffing with paneer or potato is our choice just to enhance the taste. Andhra dishes are generally very hot and spicy and very aromatic. Ingredients:Jalapeno / Big Green Chillies 5-6
Boiled and peeled Potato 1 Big
Red Chilli Powder 2 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Chopped Coriander Leaves 3 tablespoon
Lemon Juice 1/2 teaspoon
Onion 1 Big Size
Tomato 3
Oil 1 teaspoon
For Grinding:Roasted Peanuts 2 tablespoon
Garlic Cloves 2
Ginger 1 Inch Piece
Red Chilli 2
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds 2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon for garnishing
For Seasoning:Oil 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves few
Cumin Seeds 1/2 teaspoon

Method:
- Finely chop the onions and tomatoes and keep it aside. Wash and dry the jalapenos. Slit the jalapeno and remove the seeds. Removing seeds reduce the hotness of the chillies. In a bowl, take the boiled and peeled potato and mash it well. To this, add red chilli powder, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix them all well. Our filling is now ready for stuffing
