It was designed by Christine of Serenity Nails, and clearly, she has an eye for colour.
Although the warm weather is making me gravitate toward bright polishes and summery shades, I enjoy wearing any colour, no matter what season it is.
Pretty Serious Kashmir is a real looker, and if you’re interested in a vampy shade with that Va-Va-Voom Factor, this baby should visit you.
It’s sultry and dark, yet not so vampy that it looks like a near black.

Key Notes
This is one of those showstopper nail polishes that makes you ooh and ahh when you admire it in the bottle. The red-toned purple base has a jelly finish, which gives the polish depth. It’s vampy, but it’s not too dark that it looks black.
Suspended in the polish are flakes and flecks. There’s golden and copper smaller flakers, as well as beautiful flecks that look purple and sometimes blue. Plus you can spy red opal flakes.
Together, the overall appearance is majestic!
Despite having flakes and glass flecks, the polish (even without a glossy top coat) is very smooth. (However, I always recommend wearing a top coat because it improves the wear for a lot of polishes.)
Application was a breeze with Kashmir by Pretty Serious! It was very easy to apply, and it was so smooth and pigmented!
I only needed to use two coats to get full coverage, and the depth of the polish was spectacular!
Kashmir by Pretty Serious is a stunning nail polish. The colour combined with the formula is amazing, and I didn’t want to take this polish off. (Haha, the “problem” of being a nail blogger is that although I sometimes want to wear a polish for an entire month straight, I just can’t, or I wouldn’t have any content for new posts! I remember the days when I wasn’t a blogger. I once wore China Glaze Blue Sparrow for two weeks straight. Although I miss the days of being able to wear polishes for an insanely long time, I really enjoy how blogging makes me try out new polishes. It’s amazing how many more gems you can find when you test the waters!)
Do you wear dark shades even in the summer? If you could design your own nail polish, what would it look like? What is a nail polish that you’ve never seen on the market, but would want a company to create?
