Laid Back July 4th Outfit

I own way too many white tees, John jokes about my collection and how ridiculous it is. I love a great white tee and these Madewell ones are a favorite of mine. Since John has a crazy schedule we won't be doing a lot for the holiday weekend so I will for sure be sporting red, white, & blue in a casual, laid-back way. The red flats I am wearing above were a lucky find it seemed like... they are a dupe for these Aquazurra flats that I had been eyeing for awhile which are $675. We are supposed to be getting storms over the weekend so I may have to wear my favorite rain boots!
Over the weekend, John had Saturday off which was really nice. One his days off, I really don't spend much time getting ready since I try to soak up as much time w/him as I can so I decided to wear double fishtails braids, which lasted a good 10 minutes and the wind took them out. (Just in case you are wondering why my hair looks like a hot mess.) I'm rambling about everything this morning.. but I also had to share this- I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time yesterday. Friday night at the resident get-together, all of the girls were telling me that they only get their eyebrows threaded so Sunday a group of us went. For some reason I pictured this to take like an hour and cost like $50.. instead it took like 2 minutes and cost $8! I was fascinated because it turned out so well and went by so quickly, I'll definitely do it again. Have any of you tried it?
