A must go destination: The Grounds of Alexandria
Just amazed at the layout of this place. I’m sure they must employ a full time gardener. The plants are pristine and so well placed. There’s an animal penn, with a pig, goat, chickens and ducks. On the weekends, small stands with things like fresh cinnamon donuts and fresh flowers. There’s a roast coffee section, and restaurant section. It was so busy but we got a table quite quickly.
The food was delicious, both times I’ve been and reasonably priced. Drinks are yummy too.
If you enjoy well designed, beautifully set out cafés and restaurants, you definitely need to check out the Grounds of Alexandria.
