LAYERING
Sometimes layering can be tricky. Ever pulled one thing over another thinking it was going to work out… and then it totally didn’t? Things can easily end up looking a little, say, frumpy?
On the other hand, I think when done right, layering can make dressing really fun and interesting. It keeps things fresh, allowing you to play around with different shapes, fits, patterns, and colors. For example, I really wanted to wear this warm-weather dress from my closet, and by pairing it with this turtle-neck I’m able to have a nice combination for a chilly afternoon in LA.
