THE SPRINGS LA
A favorite new spot in downtown that is just a few blocks from my home is The Springs LA. The Springs is a raw vegan restaurant and juice bar that also has a wellness center, yoga, live music and socially conscious shopping. They call themselves an eco-vegan-mind-body-one-stop-shop! It’s a lot to offer in one place but it’s distributed naturally throughout a beautifully lit warehouse, and in a way that lends you to experience The Springs in any way you wish.
I personally enjoy that there’s a bar/restaurant side and a side that’s more open to laptops and working space. The atmosphere is creativity-inducing and the excellent food just tops it off for me. I’ve enjoyed the Tea Leaf Salad, The Spicy “Tuna” Roll and a hot chocolate-flavored tea. This place is a must-try, must-experience!
Spring is definitely in the air – I’ve been noticing a trending pink tone in my new wardrobe items and photographs, hence these awesome Triwa sunglasses. I am so excited! There’s a nostalgia that hits me with each season change and it hit me just a few days ago when I started feeling like it was time to wear color and shorts again – for the sun to be out late – to drink smoothies every day – wear awesome crop tops like this one from Bon George! I recently found a new online shop that is based in Los Angeles and is great for finding affordable pieces – Grayson Shop. Most items range from only $10-20 and they have great pieces for this upcoming Coachella if you’re going! I’m going to weekend one and couldn’t be more excited – lot of my favorite artists are playing.
