2014 Home Of The Year
Update 12/22: And the winner is….Silvertop! Not a big surprise that one of the best houses in L.A. won. The voting wasn’t even that close as the landmark Lautner property captured a wopping 37% of the votes. Tied for second place was the Wirin House and 7529 Mulholland Dr with 11% each. Wow, time really flies these days….it’s that time again for us to decide which was the best home of 2014. This was a great year for architectural listings in Los Angeles and it was hard to narrow the picks to just these 11 homes. I’ve blogged about so many great houses this year, but the following are my favorites. Please vote for yours at the bottom!
